Christian Scheidegger , President
Christian Scheidegger has been working for Switzerland's most popular museum, the Museum of Transport in Lucerne, since 1995. Since 2003 he is the manager of its IMAX theatre. The past, present and future of transport and mobility on land, sea and in the air; the principles of (tele-) communication - these are the main themes of the Swiss Museum of Transport. More than 3,000 displays covering approximately 20,000 m2 testify to a (literally) moving history and herald future challenges in transport and communication. A fascinating diversity that is supplemented by attractions such as the digitally operated planetarium and Swissarena, the only walk-on aerial photograph of an entire country.
